  • In case of payment failure or dispute, Muizu.com reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment or Cash on Delivery request is received.

  • You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Muizu.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity, pricing error, or unavailability occurs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping fees depend on location and order weight; charges are displayed at checkout.

  • We partner with reputable courier companies (TCS, Leopards, etc.).

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances — Muizu.com is not liable for such delays beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Order & Returns Policy governs all return requests.
In summary:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable: customized items, misused/damaged goods, clearance sales.

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after approval, via the original payment method.
